Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
Make semi thick paste of all the dry masalas and saute them for 1-2 minutes.
Add 1.5 cups water. boil it. And switch off the flame.
After 1-2 minutes add bhujiya and pan methi in it. stir well. Cover it for 2 more minutes.
serve imminently with chapati and vegetable rayta. Enjoy ☺
